success ratios speak for themselves. For every three candidates we
present, a manager will typically select at least two for interviews.
For every two candidates interviewed, typically at least one job offer
is extended. When an offer is made with the assistance of a recruiter,
Lucid can assure an acceptance rate of 90%. We have tracked the above
conversion ratios for 10 years.

Our
quality control process involves, but is not limited to; screening for
specific clearance status, screening resumes, detailed reference
checking, confirming seriousness of purpose, validating reasons for
leaving, checking salary history and expectations, addressing
counteroffer implications and reviewing relocation needs.
