At Marshall Space Center in Huntsville, AL we had lead responsibilities on a team charged with rolling out a budget formulation plan for all ten NASA space flight centers.  We subcontracted with CSC/SAIC as the prime implementation partner in the deployment of an SAP FI/CO SEM solution.

-We led a project at the State of Florida Department of Law Enforcement in Tallahassee doing Database Administration, Data Warehousing and Data Mining.  The nature of the work involved consulting the customer on best practices and implementing the best methodology for the environment.  During the course of the project we were granted increasing levels of responsibility and invited to become a permanent member of the leadership team.

-At Raytheon’s corporate headquarters in Billerica, MA we had a team of senior level consultants working closely with the VP of Financial Systems in the SAP Competency Center. Our team was primarily responsible for functional and technical Business Warehouse and ABAP development work on their “FIRST” project.  “FIRST” was a critical financial transformation project intended to re-engineer the way Raytheon handled reporting and Business Intelligence.

- At Raytheon in Tucson AZ we participated as a subcontractor to CSC doing technical ABAP development and assisted in training of CSC’s ABAP development team.  Deloitte owned the functional work and CSC owned the technical work.  Raytheon was tasked with implementing SAP and integrating multiple instances in response to the US military’s insistence that they use a common platform for purchasing and supply chain functions.

-After Northrop Grumman acquired TRW Space Technology they needed assistance integrating the acquisition into their SAP landscape.  We provided Change Management executive leadership as a subcontractor to Northrop Grumman in Southern CA. 

-We deployed SAP and MM resources to Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD to augment Northrop’s efforts at their corporate facilities with their enterprise operations.

-We held vendor status with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on a three-year contract to provide IT staff augmentation services as part of their ITSO7 vendor program.  The resources we provided were experienced in various areas of information technology including, but not limited to, JAVA, COGNOS, Web Services, Mainframe and Client Server development and support.
